Measure your foot at home
- Place a sheet of paper flat against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe (this isn't always the big toe).
- Measure from the wall edge of the paper to the mark in centimetres.
- Measure both feet late in the day — feet swell, and one is usually slightly larger. Use the bigger number.
- Match that measurement to the "Foot length" column above. If you're between sizes, go up.
Second-hand sizing tips
Worn shoes stretch
Leather and knit uppers relax with wear, so a pre-loved pair often feels a touch roomier than the same size brand new. Snug is fine — tight is not.
Brands run differently
Nike Air Force 1s and Dunks tend to run about half a size large, adidas Stan Smiths run true to size, and New Balance runners are usually generous in width.
Check the insole
We note wear patterns on every listing. A moulded footbed from a previous owner can change how a shoe feels, so always try before you buy.
Try them on in store
Everything is collection only, which means you can walk a few laps in the shop before deciding. Bring the socks you'd normally wear with them.
